KAITEN SUSHI - Conveyor Belt Sushi

One of the traditional Japanese food you can easily imagine must be sushi. 

This sushi going around on the conveyor belt (回転寿司) is the sushi Japanese people eat the most. 

People often say that 回転寿司 is fake sushi and the sushi handed over the counter by a sushi chef is the real sushi. ( it's really expensive though) 

But think of how many people eat 回転寿司 and how often they get to eat 回転寿司. Way more people, from llittle kids elderies, experience 回転寿司 than over-the-counter sushi. 

So... which one do you think is real?
